Those of you who follow me on Instagram might remember a little road trip I took with my friend Christine. I gave you a little peek behind the scenes, but now I can finally share our entire experience (and video!) with you. Early one morning, we met at one of my favorite Brooklyn spots, Farmacy, for a quick breakfast before we headed out in our shiny new Ford with a mission: build our own adventure on one tank of gas. And what a perfect mission that was for me, considering my insta-tagline is “Always restless. Let’s go on an adventure.” We had quite the itinerary planned: a tour through the Lyndhurst mansion, wandering through charming Cold Spring, shopping in Beacon, a walk over the Hudson, Storm King Art Center, jewelry making, and even apple picking – all with lots of road trip tunes and snacks along the way.
