For my second look with Glamour and New York & Company, I styled my absolute favorite pair of pants, the 7th Avenue Slim floral pant, and the coral trench. Just a hint of the grid print blouse peeked through for a bit of pattern play, and I kept most of the ensemble in the same color family so it would look united instead of clashing. Check the previous post for my first outfit; the final outfit will be up tomorrow. And don't forget to come to our event this Thursday (invitation here) for shopping, hors d'oeuvres, and champagne - see you there!
p.s. I'm not sure if anyone is interested in decor details, but just in case:
vintage table from Brooklyn Flea, vintage chair from Brimfield Antique Fair, vintage Home Sweet Home embroidery in syroco frame and wooden tulips from my road trip with Miss Kimbly, K mug from Anthropologie, star from an antique store in the Hudson Valley (it's new, though), tin flower thing is from Ikea.
I am loving absolutely everything about this outfit! Can't take my eyes of the pink platforms. The exposed brick is to die for and I really like your vintage pieces.
I saw these pant on their website yesterday and thought they were awful but the way you've styled them now makes me want to buy them- maybe in the yellow color!
Everything you wear is so unique and fantastic. Those pants have an amazing print! I love how well you can pull of that light pink color too-not an easy thing to do but you look stunning in it. I live in a small town, so we don't have many stores-but NY&Co is one that we do have and I LOVE them. Their clothes are just so polished.
Like what you've been doing with your new short hair! I recently chopped mine similarly to yours and have been having the hardest time styling. Maybe you could do a hair tutorial or two!?
I thought the trench was an awesome vintage find and not from NY&Co. Also got my $10 pants coupon from the latest Glamour issue and I can't wait to get some printed pants!
Love the shots of you in your home. Its so beautifully decorated. Also, the pants are freakin great and I wish we could see the mix of patterns more because I think I would LOVE it!
I work at the New York and Company in NJ and when we were getting those pants in, I thought to myself wow those pants are terrible. And I see you in them and OH MY GOD! You look fabulous in them!!!!
Such a pretty outfit, Keiko!
