One of my sponsors, Asian iCandy, offered to donate $10 of each sale of this darling little satchel, my favorite item on their site, to the non-profit organization of my choice. I chose BARC, a wonderful animal shelter in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, who provide shelter and care for abandoned animals until they're placed in permanent homes. Based on my instagram feed, and history of housing strays and wounded wildlife, I think it's pretty that I have a soft spot for animals - and I will take any opportunity to help fund a great organization such as BARC.

Miku was adopted, and her kitty siblings were rescued straight off the streets, and since my animals are the best ever, that should tell you how awesome adopting can be. Pretty darn awesome.
