This rain has been messing with me, because I have a million umbrellas and never seem to be able to find one. I'm pretty sure they're all in Bobby's car, which helps no one at all - but luckily I have friends like Kim who will lend me their umbrella when I'm in need. Usually, I just wander around in the rain and arrive in shambles; it doesn't bother me too much. And since we're being honest, here - I'll go ahead and let you in on a little secret: I was going to wear these heels but it was raining, so I wore flat boots and switched into these for pictures. Borrowed umbrellas, a footwear switcheroo - it's all a sham!

"It's all a sham!" haha. I've definitely been there. Last winter when I had a full-time office job and it was dark by the time I got home every night, I would save up my outfits and have at least four shoots on Saturday and Sunday. That was the only time I got some daylight! haha.

ReplyDeleteIt's been such a rainy summer! Maybe it's normal there, but it's usually so dry here in TN :) Love those shoes...I don't hold it against you that you just wore them for pictures. haha
ReplyDeleteThe title is oddly appropriate - the top isn't ironed (small thing but it shows a certain lack of pride in your presentation - bad day?) and nothing matches in any way whatsoever :s Okay the point is clashing prints, but the colours don't even quite mesh. I normally love your outfits (long-time lurker) but this one is a bit... shambolic.
