tattoo peekaboo

I haven't worn a bikini in years and I don't make a habit of walking around the city in my underwear (very often), so there are plenty of people I know who have no idea that this tattoo exists. I kind of love that it's such a big piece yet so easily hidden, but from time to time I like to let it show through in a loose, sheer top. I mean goodness gracious, I didn't sleep through several hours of a tattoo to keep it hidden all the time.

  15. I saw the other post on tattoos and it looks really good! I have a small one on my shoulder. But I had it for 8 years now. I dream of a big one, covering my left side, just like yours, but only larger :)

  17. so weird - i had this very outfit - skinny indigo jeans and nude chiffon top out to wear today but didnt get to coz my youngest was sick from school so practicality took over ! - nice to see it would have looked nice! - tatoo is cute - mine also peeks out every now and then - love that!

  21. I totally know what you mean! I'm a huge fan of tattoos in that spot, by the way. I have a fairly big one on my shoulder and I'm super shy to show it sometimes. (I still haven't shown it on my blog yet!) But I love the way you can catch glimpses of yours!

  26. I looooove a good peekaboo tattoo! I got a tiny heart on my shoulder under my bra strap for that very purpose! Most people don't know I have it unless they see me in a swim suit. :)

  30. hidden tattoos are the coolest and yours is a beast..i can't believe that thing doesn't just burst through every top, the colors are amazing! i hear you on the bikini..i feel so exposed, i guess i'm modest in that way. also,i want this lip color!!

  46. I absolutely LOVE your geisha tattoo! Although I'd never get one myself, the concept of how they do it is too creepy to me, not to mention the idea that it's permanent... (or it leaves, but with an ugly scar). If it wasn't for the pain, I'd get a Chinese symbol on my hip or on my lower back, perhaps love, luck or hope.
