If I look miserable in this photo, it's because I was on no sleep, probably at my 24 hour mark. I used to be able to stay up all night and function the next day - college, you know, partying and stuff (okay, I was studying or updating my livejournal) - but now I go into Zombie mode. Believe me, I don't want to stay up. Insomnia hit me pretty hard the past few nights. Last night was the first time I was able to 1) get to sleep and 2) actually stay asleep. I've been a little stressed and it affected my sleeping. It also gave me a sweet nosebleed, which made me wonder if I'm just traveling through time like Desmond.
Sickly and stressed no more, I'm off to Tea & Sympathy with Karen and Kim. No more time traveling for me!

OH, Keiko. I love your lace shorts! This ensemble is so classy and fabulous.

Oh I couldn't have ever guessed that you were on no sleep! You look gorgeous. And the lace shorts are so so pretty :)
ReplyDeleteI have the worst time finding shorts because the silhouettes are hard to navigate but I really like that these lace shorts almost look like a skirt. They aren't too baggy and they really suit your frame. If they had something a little bit longer, I'd have to snap them up.
ReplyDeleteahh love the lace and gloves! and seriously drooling over your purse!

ReplyDeleteYou do look a bit tired, but still effortlessly lovely. Even if I did wear makeup, I'm not sure I'd have the motivation to wear it after being up 24 hours...Your layering is perfect; I love the use of different textures considering the colors are relatively similar.
