This first look was inspired by Satine's peignoir, from the scene where she first meets Christian (and thinks he is the Duke). I have two more looks to share with you in the coming weeks, so check back and see what I came up with - and make sure to check out Steve Brings It to see everyone else's themes and the looks inspired by them. I'd be lying if I said I didn't consider borrowing Christine's can-can dance costume, but I refrained.
