NYC to FLA






Outfit Details:

Have you noticed that these stretchy pants are my travel uniform (seen here and here)?

This is what we look like after driving straight through from New York to Florida. Of course, I slept almost the entire way (can't help it). I can't stay awake in a car for longer than an hour, unless I'm driving - and I can't drive a manual. Miku slept a lot of the way, too. She can't even drive an automatic, so she's even worse than I am.

Bobby is already on his way back but I'm in Florida a couple more days. And you better believe I'm going to sleep through that two and a half hour flight, too.

  2. i fall asleep within the first ten minutes, unless i am captain of the vehicle. i think it is the hum and the gentle rocking.

    leggings and a warm sweater are the best travel pieces! i wear them on my business flights all the time.

  32. i just got back from traveling as well from CA to AZ and there's this long stretch of road after Yuma and i always, ALWAYS fall asleep at that point. Well this past time around my husband asked me to drive that long stretch of road and i was like "omg omg omg i hope i dont fall asleep at the wheel!!!" i had to eat a little snack and listen to some awesome music while driving to keep me awake lol

  35. This totally made me laugh because, not even with all the Red Bulls in the world, I cannot stay awake on long car rides...simply can't be done. Also, I love your pup, I have a pom mix of my own and they are the funniest, most personality filled dogs.
