Once upon a time, my favorite palette was a combo of yellows, oranges and pinks. Somewhere between my move from Florida to New York, I lost it and ended up never replacing it. At a recent Make Up For Ever event, I took advantage of the custom palette station and filled it with yellow, orange, red and an electric blue. I skipped the blue for this look and went for a fiery eye with a practically naked lip (just a bit of balm). I've had Broken Social Scene stuck in my head all day. Want to be a fire eye'd girl? Continue reading after the jump for what I used and step by step instructions.

What I used:
Urban Decay Primer Potion
Make Up For Ever eyeshadows in yellow, orange and red (I'm not positive of the numbers but they're matte)
Estée Lauder shadowstick duo in bronze/gold (I only used the bronze side)
Estée Lauder Turbo Lash mascara

Notes on blending: Pick up a tiny bit of the lighter shadow on your brush, if necessary, to blend your colors together seamlessly. Use small, circular motions with a fluffy brush to blend your shadow. For outer edges, blend up and out. Do it little by little on each side in order to keep the symmetry. Remember, it's easier to add than to take away!

p.s. The flower headpiece was made by the lovely ladies at Seychelles.

LOVE it!
