Glass Houses

lipstick - MAC Russian Red (blotted) with Laura Mercier's Hibiscus stain over the top


I'm in love with Foley + Corinna's entire ready to wear collection. I've been a fan of their bags for awhile, but wasn't familiar with their clothing until they approached me about sending me a couple of items (I'm a lucky gal!). Though I immediately knew exactly which bag I wanted, I had such a hard time deciding on the clothing item (I love every piece) and ultimately left the decision up to them. I think they made an excellent choice - this dress is perfect. I've already worn it a few different ways and plan on keeping it in steady rotation.

On this particular day, we started out with an early pie trip before Bobby had to go to work and I had to endure a rainy day without an umbrella (as I said on my twitter - #wettshirtcontest!). Before all of that, however, I had Bobby snap a couple of pictures of my outfit as we were walking to the pie shop. While doing this, I noticed that the adjacent window had a little video camera pointed straight at me, recording everything. Which is weirder, the fact that I'm acting like I'm some kind of model, posing for pictures on a random street - or a possibly creepy person recording their neighborhood's activity with a freaking handheld video camera?

We'll call it a wash. I don't want to throw any stones in this glass house of mine.

  31. ok we are all weird with our taking pictures of ourselves thing... but a hand held video camera lurking behind a window... that's creepy... At least when bobby is taking pictures of you it's in broad daylight and you're not trying to hide it. I'd be much less inclined to fine said video taping creepy if they were standing on the sidewalk doing so...

    the lace on this dress is INCREDIBLE! You look lovely as always.
